There’s this HUGE misconception that Lego is just for kids. I am proud of a group of people called AFOLs (Adult Fans of Lego), incredibly passionate about our favourite childhood pastime that has trascended all borders of age.
Here’s a great TED Talk on Lego for grownups.

my lastime that i bough a lego when i was 14yearsold, well i just bought recently because of the shell lego collections and 3 days later i bought the rm50 x-wing lego with the pilot minifig. then i started to think, well im an industrial designer and i guess this would be a great new hobby for me since i also love photography and building models. as a designer i see lego as a design thinking tool that keeps me busy with great ideas and how to innovate & do problem solving. seeing a great guy as u that have this kind blog does make really jealous lol 😛

Haha that’s great that you’re back! Take it easy and slowly build your collection.

haha! love this video, thanks for sharing it. I never had Lego growing up because we could never afford it. But my husband has always been a fan and has a few old sets. And now that we had kids we are all playing with Legos 🙂

I had quite a bit of Lego when I was a kid but my mother gave them away (without my permission!). That’s fun, I can’t wait to have a family of my own to play Lego together with!
