LEGO Simpsons House 71006 Now Available in Australian Stores

I initially predicted that The Simpsons House would be an Australia Toy Sale 2014 special, but it seems like some retailers are wasting no time in getting what is quite possibly this year’s most anticipated set (that isn’t Benny’s Spaceship) on their shelves.

The LEGO Simpsons House has an Australian RRP of $329.99 was previously only available in Australia via LEGO.com but is now starting to show up in Australian toy stores. The good news is that is it not an exclusive meaning that most retailers will stock it, which also potentially means that you may be able to enjoy significant savings if you can get the set on sale.

Simpson House found in Big W

I saw the Simpsons House in Big W, priced at $298 which is pretty decent, considering I paid full price for it when I bought it earlier this year! It’s approximately 10% off the RRP, so if you want it immediately, you should check your local Big W to see if it’s out on the shelves. LEGO Simpsons House Kmart Online

For those of you that enjoy instant gratification, you’re not going to like Kmart. Kmart has The Simpsons House as an “online only” set, and is priced at $329, which means you’re not better off buying it from LEGO.com. Thankfully, shipping seems to be free (tested with my own home address and a random address in Melbourne). Kinda disappointed that you don’t get to enjoy any savings from Kmart and I hope they have a special offer during the Toy Sale.

I haven’t personally seen The Simpsons House in other retailers but people online have been spotting it in Targets and Toyworlds as well.
