A couple of really good deals at David Jones & Myer [AU]

Thanks to my crippling addiction to Ozbargain, I came across some really compelling LEGO sales that are currently going on at Myer & David Jones!

[3 HOURS LEFT] $10 off $60, $15 off $80, $20 off $100 Spend @ Myer  [PLUS 20% off]

So this is a really small window, but Myer currently has 20% off all LEGO which is decent but not unremarkable.

However, today, Myer has some sort of anniversary sale, where you can use the following coupon codes (applied in the shopping cart) to receive additional discounts.

  • ANNIVERSARY10 – $10 off $60 spend
  • ANNIVERSARY15 – $15 off $80 spend
  • ANNIVERSARY20 – $20 off $100 spend

The great thing is these codes stack with the current 20% off sale (which ends tonight at midnight AEST!) which works out to about 30-40% off in some cases.

I had some Myer gift cards, so I pulled the trigger on the new Elsa Ice Castle because I’m such a Frozen tragic. I paid $50 for it, so I’m happy as a clam!

Get on this quick cause this offer loses its luster tomorrow when the 20% off all LEGO sale ends.

David Jones – 40% off already reduced LEGO sets

Not to be outdone, David Jones has a pretty awesome clearance deals on selected sets.

LEGO Nexo Knights Jestros Evil Mobile – $37.79 (RRP $89.99) – 58% off
LEGO Nexo Knights General Magmar’S Siege Machine Of Doom – $33.60 (RRP $79.99) – 58%
LEGO Nexo Knights Aaron Fox’S Aero-Striker V2 – $25.20 (RRP $59.99) – 58%
LEGO Nexo Knights Moltor Lava Smasher – $14.69 – (RRP $34.99) – 58%
LEGO Nexo Knights Lances Mecha Horse – $14.69 (RRP $34.99) – 58%

LEGO Star Wars Imperial Assault Hovertank – $25.20 (RRP $59.99) – 58%
LEGO Super Heroes Spider-Man Doc Ock’S Tentacle Trap  – $37.79 (RRP $89.99) – 58%
LEGO Juniors Batman & Superman Vs. Lex Luthor – $12.60 (RRP $29.99)  – 58%
Selected Nexo Knights Ultimate Packs – $6.71 (RRP $15.99) – 58%

This is such an insane discount, but I’m trying to stay strong. My recommendations include the Star Wars Imperial Assault HovertankDoc Ock’s Tentacle TrapJestros Evil Mobile and Juniors Batman & Superman Vs. Lex Luthor.

It seems like click & collect isn’t available for most these sets, but even if you factor in postage, it’s still a great deal. Oh I’m also unsure if these deals apply in-store, but I would be very surprise if the discount isn’t applied.

Oh and in case you were wondering, the extra 40% will appear in your Shopping Cart/Checkout!

Good luck and happy shopping!

I won’t shop again at Myer online since I purchased a Tie Fighter 2 weeks ago and they didn’t have any stock and still haven’t refunded my money.
I did buy the Hovertank from David Jones as it was too good a deal.
They sold out online and my nearest store had no stock for click & collect but the store near where my sister lives has it so I ordered it for her to pick up for me.
Hopefully they won’t let me down like Myer.

Oh wow, I’ve never heard of that before. If they haven’t refunded your money, you should escalate that with customer service or on social media because that’s just not right.

Thanks Jay for letting me know about this deal at Myer. I put through 3 separate $100 dollar purchases to max my discount!
