LEGO Series 13 Minifigures Now On Sale in Australia

UPDATE: Be sure to check out my LEGO Minifigures Series 13 review!

LEGO Series 13 Minifigures Australia

The day that Australian LEGO fans have been waiting for is finally here! LEGO Series 13 Minifigures are finally going on sale across the country. Specialist LEGO retailer I’m Rick James Bricks has them out for sale today (image from their Facebook page) and I should be getting my set by this week. There’s also been tons of chatter on social media that Series 13 have been spotted in Toyworlds, so it should be a matter of days till they turn up in all the usual places.

If you’re anywhere near Pakenham and want a full set, be sure to give I’m Rick James Bricks a visit as he also sells complete sets, which saves you time and trouble feeling them up.

LEGO Series 13 Character Names

Here’s a handy checklist of the characters included in Series 13. I can’t wait to get my hands on them, and expect a full-blown review very very soon!

Good luck and happy hunting!

Hi, just wondering if anyone knows when Series 13 will be more widely available eg. Kmart, Big W, Target. We’ve been to 3 Mr Toys stores and my boys have picked up the King, Unicorn & Carpenter but no elusive Hot Dog Guy! Mr Toys said their stock was pretty limited and seems alot of boxes were sold as whole boxes. Thanks!

      Hi Sally

They should be out in those stores you listed. You can also check your local Woolworths or Coles, sometimes they have the new Minifigure Series in the toy aisle and they’re often not ransacked by resellers/collectors. That said, Hot Dog Guy has been one of the most popular minifigures in recent memory, so you’ll most likely have to search a little harder!

Thanks for that – we’ve tried all those shops over the last couple of weeks and haven’t seen them anywhere. Will keep checking!

Toy Corner here in Adelaide posted this afternoon that they had received theirs today. My daughters grabbed four at random for me – so far I have the King, the Samurai, the Galaxy Trooper, and my fave so far, the Evil Wizard. Love the detail that they’ve put into the king and the wizard!

I’ve just picked up the Carpenter today and he’s already become one of my favourite minifigures.

    Woohoo!

  5. Shea says:

I’m hoping to pick some up while I’m in Melbourne for the Brickvention, along with a few favourites I’ve missed from previous series.

For once the Americans have to pay the same price as us for LEGO: since either Simpsons series, the US RRP for Collectable Minifigures has gone from $3 USD to $4, which equals around $4.92 Australian dollars. 🙂

    • Jay says:

Ah awesome, hope the prices at Brickvention are decent this year. Which day are you going?

Hah yeah, with the weak currency, it’s actually much easier to avoid the temptation of importing stuff from overseas.
