75329 Death Star Trench Run from the LEGO Star Wars Diorama collection revealed!

Thanks to Brickset for the heads up on this – Amazon.es has given us our very first look at 75329 Death Star Trench Run, from the newly conceived LEGO Star Wars diorama collection, which looks set to be released close to Star Wars Day (May the 4th).

The set features a micro-scale compact display diorama featuring the Trench Run from Episode IV: A New Hope, with 2 TIE Fighters, and Darth Vader’s TIE Advanced chasing down Luke’s Red Five X-Wing as it evades lasers from turbolaser turrets.

It’s a slick desk display piece that won’t take too much space, and includes some great greebling detail, as well as a quote from Darth Vader “The Force is strong with this one” on a printed tile.

In the lifestyle images, we also get a glimpse of another LEGO Star Wars Diorama set, what is likely to be 75330 Dagobah Jedi Training, a minifigure-scale diorama featuring Yoda’s Dagobah Hut from Empire Strikes Back.

Yoda, Luke Skywalker, R2 and a submerged X-Wing feature here, as well as Yoda’s iconic “Do. Or do not. There is no try” quote printed on a plaque.

Expect this, and the 3rd set in the Diorama Collection – the Trash Compactor to be revealed in the coming days!
