March 2023 is almost here, and March is typically a big-ish release window for LEGO. To help you prepare and plan ahead, here’s the monthly LEGO March 2023 release guide, so you don’t miss a single drop!
There’s an enormous number of highly anticipated new sets like 21339 BTS Dynamite which will drop at midnight, on 1 March 2023, as well as the critically-acclaimed 10316 The Lord of the Rings: Rivendell which will be released on 5 March via LEGO VIP Early Access.
Star Wars fans are also in luck with the release of 75349 Captain Rex and 75350 Clone Commander Cody as well as 75351 Princess Leia (Boushh).
Outside of that, we have new Brickheadz, Harry Potter, Speed Champions, Technic, Creator 3-in-1, Classic and even Duplo!

40586 Moving Truck GWP will be available from LEGO.com as a free gift when you spend US$180 / AU$300 / £160 or more until 3 March, while stocks last.

Håkan says
Hmm, due to time, space and funding, I really need to prioritize my purchases for the future. Not much here for me, except possibly a few new hairpieces.
I guess that the most interesting here for me, actually is a single part from 60361 Ultimate Stunt Riders Challenge, which apparently contains the dark purple airtanks, from what I can make out. Should hioefully help reducing the prices on the aftermarket…
Håkan says
I could possibly have had some interest in the Spidey and his Amazing Friends sets, if they had introduced some new characters, such as Electro or a dino-headed Reptil…
Lori says
Will there be a lego for Women’s History Month?
Lori Bierman says
Any sign of a Women’s History Month lego this year?
Steven says
Have you heard any rumors about giveaways/GwP for International Womens Day on March 8th?
TK says
Does the VIP early access work in stores as well, or is it only online? I’m planning to be at my local store at opening on March 5 for Rivendell, but I just want to be sure I’ll actually be able to get it in person that day.
Jay Ong says
Yes, if it’s a LEGO Brand Retail store then yes.
Here in Australia, we have certified stores, and they have a slight variation with the GWP where you can choose which Brickheadz you want.
JK says
Hi Jay, when you say ‘released at midnight’ are you referring to a specific timezone??
Jay Ong says
Sorry, in your local LEGO.com timezone.
So in Australia/NZ, it’ll be AEDT. In the US, it’ll be EST, in Europe, CET.
Maks says
sadness. it’s a long way to PST (oregon). *drumming fingers*
Zvezda68 says
Maks, Try logging in at 9:00 pm PST, which is midnight on east coast time. That works for me in California.
