After a quick preview at LEGO CON, LEGO have revealed the complete lineup of characters from the upcoming LEGO Minifigures Series 23 via a tile on the LEGO CON landing page.
Update: Check out my review of LEGO Minifigures Series 23 for a closer look at all 12 characters, and a feel guide to help you find the minifigures you want!
LEGO’s Collectible Minifigures Series 23 looks to be yet another smash hit, with a festive costumed-themed series that looks particularly strong. LEGO Minifigures Series 23 has a release date of 1 September 2022.
On the Series 23 product page, we also get the complete list of minifigure names:
- Nutcracker
- Sugar Fairy
- Green Dragon Costume
- Snowman
- Reindeer Costume
- Holiday Elf
- Turkey Costume
- Cardboard Robot
- Popcorn Costume
- Wolf Costume
- Ferry Captain
- Knight of the Yellow Castle
Here’s a look at the blind bags, which are orange, just like Series 18!
This is shaping up to be an extremely strong series, as costumed characters are particularly popular among fans of LEGO Minifigures.
My favourites would have to be the Popcorn Costume, Green Dragon, Turkey, Knight of the Yellow Castle, Reindeer, Nutcracker, and Snowman.
LEGO is of course, all in on castles for their 90th anniversary, and I can see the Knight of the Yellow Castle being highly sought-after for army builders. Also, her hobby horse (horse head on a stick) accessory is brilliant!
The Turkey costume is going to be really popular come Halloween in the US, and I can also foresee the Christmas-themed ones, especially the Reindeer be standout hits.
LEGO Minifigures Series 23 will be available from 1 September 2022 onwards.
Which ones are your favourites from Series 23? Let me know in the comments!

That mini snowglobe is to die for! I always have a snowglobe display for the holidays and this one will join this year.

Elf for the snowglobe! Ferry Captain, and the Popcorn guy are my favorites, plus the Nutcracker and dragon and reindeer costume… I had a new rule to buy max 2 per series for a while, but this series is making it too hard to choose only two…

Honestly, it’s about time we got an actual Snowman minifigure. The snowman, nutcracker, elf, and reindeer suit girl will be great additions to the winter village.
