The LEGO Summer 2023 previews continue with Harry Potter, with our very first look at 76422 Diagon Alley Weasleys’ Wizard Wheezes coming in June 2023!
After the settings in Hogwarts, it looks like LEGO are moving towards Diagon Alley, with this 834-piece model of the Weasleys’ magical joke shop, as well as an Owl Post Office!
The set comes with 7 minifigures: George and Fred Weasley, Romilda Vane, Ginny Weasley, Fred Weasley, Lavender Brown, and an Owl Post Worker, which is a pretty decent number for a set this size.
We don’t have a price yet, however it is listed for pre-order for $2,299.00 Mexican pesos, which loosely translates to US$127-ish. So maybe it’ll be US$129.99 / AU$159.99
Here’s a look at the facade, which includes a massive robotic Weasley twin out the front, as well as the back which opens up to feature two stories of all sorts of magical jokes and prank items.
There are plenty of fun references to wizarding items like Pygmy Puffs (the pink balls), Puking Pastilles, Nosebleed Nougats and more!
It looks pretty good, and especially if you don’t have the budget or space for 75978 Diagon Alley, and this one at least looks different enough.
