Have you ever wanted your very own buildable LEGO Baby Groot? LEGO have just revealed 76217 I Am Groot, an adorable brick-built Baby Groot that you can pre-order now!

This 476-piece set has a release date of 15 June 2022 in Australia, 1 June 2022 in Europe and 1 August 2022 in the USA, and is just the most adorable thing ever!

The set comes with a hilarious plaque, which has every single stat and specification as “I am Groot” (naturally), and aslo comes with a brick-built cassette tape of Star-Lord’s Awesome Mix Vol 2.

As you can see, it’s quite a sizable model at 26cm tall, making it quite a substantial (but not too unwieldly) display piece.

I guess you could call this a Marvel mech of sorts..

Unfortunately, most of Groot’s details are done through stickers, but this looks to be a fun, mid-ranged set that Guardians of the Galaxy and Marvel fans will absolutely love.

You can pre-order 76217 I Am Groot from LEGO.com ahead of its 15 June 2022 release (AU/NZ), or 1 August 2022 release to ensure you don’t miss out!

I’ll also be reviewing the set in the coming weeks (when it arrives), so keep an eye out for my review! It looks like a really fun novelty Marvel set, and very playable/displayable but… with so many stickers on Groot himself, it does seem quite pricey.
