Bricklink has announced the Bricklink Designer Program Series 1 finalists, with five successful designs selected for the next crowdfunding phase.
- Mountain Fortress by SleeplessNight
- Parisian Street by NicolasCarlier
- The Old Train Engine Shed by Mind_The_Brick
- The Snack Shack by Skeletuhr
- General Store – Wild West by llucky
After a crowded field of 370 designs that were put up for community voting, these 5 incredible designs have made the cut. LEGO and the Bricklink team will now prepare them for production, and crowdfunding will begin on February 2024.
All sets that receive 3,000 pre-orders will be produced, and there will be a total of 20,000 of each set produced, as part of a limited edition, one-time production run, similar to previous Bricklink Designer Program releases. There will of course be a limit of 2 sets per household.
Personally, I’d really excited for Mountain Fortress, Parisian Street, General Store – Wild West and maybe The Snack Shack if the latter isn’t too pricey. I really love the colours and chic European architecture of Parisian Street, and hopefully they’ll go well with my other LEGO Modular buildings.
Check out all 5 designs below in more detail!

Still waiting for a large sized Disney Haunted Mansion to go alongside my Cinderella castle. C’mon Lego, get it done already! The movie is just around the corner.

Of those five winners, I remember voting for the Old Train Engine Shed. Parisian Street might also be good to put with other modular buildings.

Engine House is my favorite design overall even though I’m not a train niche guy. I will be heavily considering it though.
Parisian Street is awesome but will likely pass due to it seemingly being in the backless style?
Snack Shack is great. Looks like it could be super affordable also. But If I get it, I have to go back and get the BL Retro Diner.
Wild West is easy pass for me purely for keep my collecting focus dialed in. Sweet design though.
Mountain Fortress is a must have for me. Castle/Medieval has grown to be my main focus.

I want the Engine House! It’s a great representation of the old engine maintenance facilities in the US.
