LEGO has officially revealed two more LEGO Disney 100 sets coming on 1 June 2023, with 43226 Disney Duos and 43227 Villain Icons!
The Summer 2023 (or second half of 2023) reveal season is now underway and we get to preview many of the new sets coming in June 2023 and beyond, so get yourselves ready for plenty of new reveals on the blog!
- 43227 Villain Icons – US$129.99 / AU$209.99 / £124.99 / €139.99 / CAD$169.99
- 43226 Disney Duos – US$44.99 / AU$72.99 / £42.99 / €47.99 / CAD$59.99
You can pre-order both sets from LEGO.com ahead of the 1 June 2023 release date. Unfortunately, in Australia and New Zealand, both these sets will only be out in July.
First up we have 43226 Disney Duos and 43227 Villain Icons, two new Disney sets celebrating 100 Years of Disney! These should be released in June 2023, and I think 43227 Villain Icons looks fantastic with the brick-built collection of Disney artifacts, and I LOVE that this is a Disney Villains-themed set, with minifigures of Maleficent, The Evil Queen in Disguise from Snow White, Jafar in his evil Red Genie form, and Gaston from Beauty and the Beast!
The Disney Duos set also looks to be fun, with 553-pieces to build some of the most recognisable animal and character duos from Moana, Beauty and the Beast, Finding Nemo and Pocahontas.
43227 Villain Icons (1540 pieces)
43226 Disney Duos (553 pieces)
Stay tuned for more Summer 2023 previews soon!

I have the 2011 publication of Lego Harry Potter, building a magical world with sets up to 2011. Do you know if there is a new version for the sets after 2011.

SO frustrated that the Duos are one giant set instead of actual Duos. I’m only interested in Squirt and Nemo, none of the other characters.

I think you have the prices the wrong way around.
Very cool looking sets tho. This disney year might bankrupt me.

I absolutely cannot wait for these two! I love your blog and read almost everything you post. I’m a Disney fan and I’m running out of place for all my Legos! (A lot of HP so far). Thanks for all the sneak peeks and reviews!

Damn… It’s like LEGO/Disney actively avoid anything to do with The Lion King!
The Lion moulds are already there! Surely it wouldn’t be hard to make a set
