LEGO Store Passports finally available in Australia and New Zealand!

Some great news for Australian and New Zealand LEGO fans – we’re finally getting LEGO Passports!

These LEGO Passports are now available at all LEGO Certified Stores across Australia and New Zealand, and you can get one for free! You’ll be able to collect unique stamps from each LEGO Certified Store you visit to fill up your book!

Americans and Europeans reading this must be scratching their heads, but it’s been a long wait for these to arrive Down Under, as they’re a fun little activity and collectable that you can use to chart your visits to LEGO Stores across Australia.

Additionally, there will be new stamps to discover and collect each month.

If you’re not aware of the Passports, here’s what they look like. From the image shared by LEGO Certified Stores, it looks like we’ll be getting the new 2023 design.

Here’s my passport which I got from Germany when I visited Europe last year.

And here’s what it looks like on the inside, and my stamp from the Frankfurt LEGO Store. Unfortunately, I forgot to get stamps from Legoland Billund, and the LEGO House Store… so I’ll need to rectify that next time I’m back.

It’s a fun and free activity that both kids and adults will no doubt enjoy and I’m really glad that LEGO Passports have finally rolled these out Down Under.

I wonder who’ll be the first person to collect all the Australian Store stamps in their passport!

Visited the Flagship New York 5th Avenue Store yesterday, Aussie Passport in hand and was told “We haven’t had a stamp in months and can’t help you”. Left us somewhat deflated.
June 1 release day in the US today. System failures across all stores in the US meant that many new releases could not be sold and were pulled right in front of us. Not much left in the tank now. 🙂

I wish America had these passports, even if there were a small cost–perhaps with an exclusive globetrotting minifigure? Even so, it is more than three hours to my nearest LEGO store. I have a real passport that I got just before COVID-19 hit us hard. Maybe before it expires in a few years I’ll go to Toronto to get that sweet, sweet Canada cancelation.

The lego passports should be available in the US. I got mine about a year ago in New Jersey. I think they just don’t advertise them.

  3. Karen Robinson says:

Sounds fabulous, but New Zealand only has one store. Wonder how they will work ?

  4. Joel Schmitz says:

    Neat.

  5. Mike Montross says:

No point of this. What would be better is lego designing better sets and lowering their overpriced products!

    • Chew says:

Look at it from another perspective; this is simply an alternative to the overpriced products, as you mentioned, to engage as much of Lego’s fanbase as possible.
