What do all these seemingly random classic LEGO sets have in common?
These are all sets that have special significance to a bunch of LEGO Designers, team members and also LEGO Fan Media that we met in Billund!
In case you missed it, we have a new Extra Pieces Podcast episode, recounting our time in Billund, Denmark where we visited Skaerbaek Fan Weekend, Fan Media Days 2022 and the LEGO Campus.
You can find our latest episode wherever you get your podcasts from such as Apple Podcasts, or Spotify!
One of the highlights of our trip to Billund, was the opportunity to meet LEGO designers and our fellow LEGO Fan Media colleagues in person, and because this year is LEGO’s 90th Anniversary, we took the opportunity to ask a whole bunch of them about significant LEGO sets in their lives.
It was really interesting and insightful to hear from so many LEGO designers about what their favourite and impactful childhood (or even adulthood!) sets were, and the stories behind them.
