Here’s your very first look (via Lucky Bricks) at 75394 Imperial Star Destroyer, featuring the highly anticipated debut of the Cal Kestis minifigure!

This set is due to be released on 1 August 2024 and will retail for US$159.99 / €169.99. The set includes seven minifigures: a special 25th LEGO Star Wars anniversary Cal Kestis joins Darth Vader, Commander Praji (!!), Imperial Gunner, Imperial Crew Member, Imperial Navy Trooper and a Stormtrooper.

The highlight is of course Cal Kestis from the excellent Jedi Survivor video game series, and will go very nicely with 75335 BD-1.
This isn’t just a heavily stacked minifigure lineup, the Imperial Star Destroyer also opens up to reveal detailed interiors. Kudos to the LEGO Design team who worked on this as it doesn’t sacrifice exterior aesthetics at the expense of the interior.
The high pricetag aside, I think this one will be very popular with LEGO Star Wars fans. You’re getting a great looking Star Destroyer (that could fit in with the other midi-scale ships) that has detailed interiors, plus a really great lineup of minifigures, including Cal Kestis.
Another Stormtrooper, or Imperial Gunner would’ve been great to bump up the value, but there’s a lot to like here, especially if this set goes on sale.
75394 Imperial Star Destroyer will be released on 5 August 2024.
