    Buying Guide: Every new LEGO set releasing in May 2024 (Star Wars edition)

    It’s May 2024 which is the traditional home of Star Wars Day and a whole slew of Space-related LEGO sets!

    It’s a huge release month for LEGO Star Wars fans with the release of the 2024 UCS TIE Interceptor, Mos Espa Podrace Diorama, Droideka and more to celebrate May the 4th.

    As to be expected, there are plenty of LEGO Star Wars Day 2024 Offers and Promos, with a stack of gift with purchases (GWP) like 40686 Trade Federation Troop Carrier, LEGO Star Wars Collectible Battle of Yavin Coin and 30680 AAT Polybag up for grabs, in addition to a couple of Star Wars-themed LEGO Insider Rewards.

    And don’t forget, the The Force of Creativity Coffee Table Book will also be open to orders on 1 May 2024 (it’ll ship in July 2024), which is a terrific and high quality coffee table book filled with nuggets and plenty of great insights into 25 years of LEGO Star Wars.

    For Space fans, you’ll have to wait till 15 May 2024 for the release of 10341 NASA Artemis Space Launch System and 31212 The Milky Way!

    LEGO Minifigure fans will also be delighted to know that 71046 LEGO Minifigures Series 26 Space will also release on 1 May 2024. Be sure to check out my detailed guide to identify all the Series 26 minifigures or just use the Minifig Scanner which I developed to scan QR codes on boxes!

    LEGO Star Wars Day 2024 GWP, Promotions and Offers

    For those spending big on LEGO Star Wars, you’ll be able to reap quite a windfall in GWPs, and stack all 3 of these promotional sets together.

    The big one of course is 40686 Trade Federation Troop Carrier, but you’ll also get a snazzy Collectible Battle of Yavin Coin and 30680 AAT Polybag all at the same time if you spend over US$160 / AU$260 / £145 / €160 / CAD210 on Star Wars sets on LEGO.com.

    LEGO Insider Rewards and Star Wars set discounts

    For those with existing LEGO Insider Points, you can redeem two special collectible Star Wars items in the Insiders Rewards Centre.

    For those after a bargain, on the Insiders Rewards Centre, there are also redeemable codes for discounts on selected LEGO Star Wars sets.

    These are quite limited, and many of the large popular sets like UCS AT-AT have already sold out in Australia.

    4x Insider Points on selected LEGO Star Wars sets (US/CA only)

    For those of you lucky enough to be in the US or Canada, LEGO will be offering 4x (yes that’s 4x!) Insider Points on the sets below. If you don’t already own the UCS AT-AT, that’s a whole heap of Insider Points you could score for it!
