LEGO Minifigures Series 24 officially revealed with 12 new characters to collect!

LEGO has finally revealed the next wave of LEGO Collectible Minifigures with Series 24, featuring 12 new minifigures to collect, from a new Brown Spaceman (and Space Baby!) to a T-Rex Costume Fan, and more!

Update: Check out my full review of LEGO Minifigures Series 24 to see more of the minifigs, and a feel guide as well!

LEGO Minifigures Series 24 has a release of 1 January 2023, and looks to be another fantastic series for longtime fans, or those new to collecting minifigures!

Update: The release date in Australia and New Zealand is 1 February 2023 😢

Each LEGO Minifigures Series 24 will come in individual (feelable) blind bags, and will be priced at US$4.99 / AU$5.99 / £3.49 / €3.99 / CAD$5.99, and will be available from LEGO.com or most toy retailers.

Here’s the list of official Series 24 character names,

  1. Football Referee
  2. Robot Warrior
  3. Brown Astronaut and Spacebaby
  4. Carrot Mascot
  5. Falconer
  6. T-Rex Costume Fan
  7. Orc
  8. Conservationist
  9. Potter
  10. Rococo Aristocrat
  11. Rockin’ Horse Rider
  12. Newspaper Kid

Here’s a look at the blind bags, love the Magenta colour scheme which we’ve never had before!

Thankfully, these are still in the foil bag format. It won’t be until September 2023 when LEGO Minifigures will switch to unfeelable but sustainable cardboard packaging, so hopefully there’s still time for LEGO to work on a way of identifying them and still remain sustainable.

And here’s a look at the complete boxes, which have 36 blind bags in them. Hopefully each box will have 3 complete sets like they normally do!

And for your further enjoyment, here are more high resolution photos of each Series 24 minifigure!

Football Referee

Robot Warrior

Brown Astronaut and Spacebaby

Omg a brand new Classic Space Astronaut colour – Brown! I’m guessing they’re in charge of Space Sanitation. And he has a Baby!

The Benny Baby is TOO cute and I expect it to be SUPER popular.

Carrot Mascot

Another food-themed costumed minifigure, this time a very well overdue Carrot Minifigure!

Falconer

Castle and Black Falcon fans are going to go nuts over the Falconer. Love her awesome new Black Falcons torso and legs AND she comes with an actual Black Falcon? Incredible.

T-Rex Costume Fan

A cool new T-Rex costume in the style of LEGO Tyrannosaurus Rex! Super cool and I can’t wait to get multiples!

Orc

Another awesome army-builder minifigure! You might recognise the symbol on his shield from LEGO’s Fantasy Era!

Conservationist

Australians are going to be delighted about this. An adorable Koala animal AND a tribute to Steve Irwin? Crikey!

Potter

Now you can relive everyone’s favourite Ghost scene.

Rococo Aristocrat

Rockin’ Horse Rider

Newspaper Kid

Stay tuned for my full review in a few weeks! Can’t wait to get a proper look at LEGO Minifigures Series 24 and share it with you guys!

  1. Carlos Armando De Castro Azuero says:

Very good. The newsboy ,has a big face.

  2. Brickman says:

Wow! Astronaut is great! I just love it. Rococo Aristocrat is also quite interesting, but she needs come companion (probably in the future). And a Falconer – absolutely must have.

  3. Debelius says:

Has anyone else noticed that the newspaper kid’s head appears slightly askew? Imagine that’s more likely just in the render than a different head piece.

    • Håkan says:

Several of the minifigs in advertising are rendered slightly tilted to make them more lively. It’s been going on for some time, by now.

Otherwise, I think I’d try to get the Brown Astronaut, Robot Warrior and Falconer pre-sorted from some retailer in January.

  4. Nancy says:

Absolutely love these! Rococo Aristocrat, Falconer, Brown Astronaut and Orc for me!.. and probably all the rest 🙂

  5. AA says:

This is the worst minifig collection imo. Wouldn’t get any

  6. The Koala is adorable, but the Black Falcon figure is the best of the bunch, sinco it fits in so perfectly with existing sets like the Medieval Blacksmith and Lion Knights Castle.

  7. M says:

    It’s Baby Benny 🙂

  8. I can’t wait to utilize the Orc’s in my medieval scene, also the Carrot dude will look great in my farmers market! The space fig, will be an awesome addition to my diorama for shuttle rescue! Can’t wait to build these next year!

  9. Eric S says:

This is the 1rst Minifig series where I want the whole lot. Well done Lego!

  10. Raven319s says:

….O…..M…..G! Baby spaceman? That’s like the Benny version of Grogu. Oh the stories that can be told. That baby monitor print is cool too. It’s a good 1×2 commlink for space figs.

  11. LB2341 says:

I hope we don’t have to wait till February to get these this time.
