More LEGO Dreamzzz episode stills give us a better look at the characters

A German TV guide website, Prisma.de has given us a better look at the mysterious upcoming new Theme/animated series, LEGO Dreamzzz, which should be unveiled closer to May.

There’s little context here, but they do give us a better look at some of the characters, Mateo, Izzie, Cooper, Z-Blob and more and their minifigure designs.

They’re rocking some pretty snazzy weapons and outfits, and we also get a better look at some of the other characters.

This villain is incredibly scary and looks like some kinda nightmare king.

There some sort of door/portal going on here, which suggests that these are the methods in which the characters traverse the dream world.

Not sure who this is, but based on the episode descriptions, it may be the Dream Bandit?

It’s looking good so far, and we’re seeing plenty of these hourglass motifs throughout, especially with this older gentleman.

With episode stills and art slowly being released, it means that it’s only a matter of time until we find out more about LEGO Dreamzzz!

What do you think of how LEGO Dreamzzz looks so far?

This theme looks colourful and fun. I hope we get the multi-coloured deer and the walking mushrooms from Nya’s dream in sets. I especially like the villain, who with his eye motif and crown reminds me of Sauron.

I’m a little disappointed though-it looks like the villains are nightmares. I mean, this makes sense-nightmares are unpleasant and this follows the logic of unpleasant things being evil. It’s just I recently read a children’s story about a boy fighting his nightmares which turned out to be antagonists rather than evil (Fear was the villain). I think this concept is much more interesting. Anyway, nightmares in Lego form should be quite visually unique and creative.

  2. Lol, It’ll be good to get hold of these minifigs if only for their hairstyles. Some impressive hair-dos there.

It’s looking like the perfect mashup between Elves, Ninjago, and Hidden Side! I’m excited!
