10264 Corner Garage is now on sale – start your 2019 with the new LEGO modular building!

Happy New Year and welcome to 2019! Unless you’re American – you guys’ll have to wait a few more hours to live in the future.

It’s 1 January, which means that LEGO.com has been updated with more new sets – with the most anticipated being new 2019 modular the Corner Garage.

See below for links to the regional stores.

You can read my early impressions of the set here

Apart from the new Modular Garage, we’ve also got new Speed Champions, Overwatch, and Star Wars loaded up on the site.

If you’re in Australia, it seems like the Chinese New Year sets haven’t been loaded yet to LEGO.com – as soon as they are, I’ll be sure to post here, to keep your eyes peeled.

Will you be picking up the Corner Garage? Let me know if you’re treating yourself to any other LEGO sets to usher in the New Year!

Thank you for your collection. This is my LEGO List target this year.

  2. Susanna says:

Been looking every couple of hours both on the LEGO AU site and on your blog to see if the CNY sets have been added. So excited!

    • Jay says:

Sorry, not too sure what’s going on with LEGO. Looks like they might have delayed the launch or something must’ve happened with the roll-out.

Only new news is that Legoland Discovery Centre is slated to get it around the 4th and 5th, hopefully the likes of Myer and David Jones soon follow suit.

      • Susanna says:

Yea it’s quite weird since most of the new sets were added shortly after midnight. I called the Dreamworld LEGO store who told me it would likely be delayed since they’re behind on getting some of the sets in and Mr Toys Toyworld has it on their system but no news of when stock will arrive.

  3. Harry says:

Great news! I won’t get this modular but maybe the detective office before it retires. Any news on when these sets hit retail?

    • Jay says:

No news unfortunately, but we can usually expect the new Modular to be part of the Mid-Year toy sale catalogue in Australia. With their own warehouse in Australia, we seem to be getting LEGO sets earlier, which is great.

These should also hopefully show up at the Dreamworld LEGO Store or the Legoland Chadstone shop in a few weeks from what I’ve heard.

  4. Mark says:

Definitely getting this modular, it’s a great change of pace, and finally somewhere to go for all those extraneous cars they keep giving us (fire brigade truck, theatre limo, diner caddy).
But like all AFOLs, I’m not in a hurry, can wait until Myer has it on sale, since I’m already a few modulars behind. I have more NIB than built it feels like these days! 😀

    • Ilyas says:

Amen to that! I feel like I’m a collector of boxes rather than built sets. Why can’t my 4yo grow up faster? Lol

      • Mark says:

Lol! Yeah, mine just wants to keep rebuilding his Elsa & Anna Brick Heads. I guess I can’t complain, just wish there was more hours in the day!

    • Jay says:

100% waiting on Myer to have one of those eBay + 20% off sales. Having more unbuilt sets is almost a universal Adult LEGO fan problem!
