Brickman builds a massive LEGO Sonic the Hedgehog for PAX Aus

Those attending PAX Australia are in for a special LEGO Sonic Treat as The Brickman aka Ryan McNaught unveils a massive life-sized LEGO Sonic the Hedgehog statue.

PAX Aus is a 3-day video game convention that’s being held in Melbourne, and runs from 6-8 October 2023.

If you’re heading to PAX, you can find LEGO Sonic at the Sega booth (2020), and while you’re there, you can also play Sonic Superstars at Nintendo’s booth next door. LEGO Sonic is a playable character in Sonic Superstars, and ties in very nicely with the new Sonic the Hedgehog theme that released a few months ago.

LEGO Sonic will be at the Sega booth (2020) in the Expo Hall at PAX Australia, Sonic Superstars will also be playable at Nintendo’s booth right next door as well.

It took The Brickman’s team 103 hours to build, and is made of 25,807 bricks.

If this LEGO Sonic looks familiar, it’s because it’s the same design as the one that made its debut at San Diego Comic Con 2023, so it’s nice that fans Down Under get to see it in person.
