Buying Guide: Every new LEGO set launching in October 2022
October 2022 is going to be a HUGE release window for LEGO with plenty of awesome sets for a diverse bunch of interests released in the coming days!
There’s something for everyone, whether you’re a fan of The Office, Black Panther, Bowser or the Razor Crest.
There are plenty of heavy hitters launching such as the 75331 UCS Razor Crest and also the long-awaited 10308 Holiday Main Street for those that collect Winter Village sets, as well as the introduction of LEGO Avatar as a new theme.
For those of us in Australia, we’ll also finally get LEGO Minifigures Series 23, and the Harry Potter, Star Wars and Guardians of the Galaxy Advent Calendars – only a month late from everywhere else in the world.
To help you navigate and check out all the new LEGO releases in October 2022, here’s a comprehensive shopping guide to all the new LEGO sets that will be available from 1 October onwards!

LEGO October 2022 Gifts with Purchase (GWPs)
With so many LEGO sets on sale, it’s also nice that there’s a decent GWP for the start of the month – a LEGO Ideas one no less!
40566 Ray the Castaway will be available from 1-13 October 2022, and will be free with purchases of US$120 / €120 / £120 from LEGO.com or your local LEGO store, while stocks last.

Bricktober 2022 sets
In Australia, and I assume some other countries with Toys R Us stores, the LEGO Bricktober 2022 sets will also go on sale, with a weekly GWP when making a purchase.
So far, in Australia, the Legoland Discovery Centre Melbourne has confirmed it, and I believe Myer will get them too, but full details aren’t available. At Legoland, the first Bricktober set, the Space one will be free with purchases of AU$100 or more from 3 October – 7 October.
75331 UCS Razor Crest – 3 October 2022 (VIPs) / 7 October (general)
The second and final LEGO Star Wars UCS set for 2022 is here, and 75331 UCS Razor Crest will absolutely appeal to fans of The Mandalorian TV series.
This is the most detailed Razor Crest yet, and is absolutely huge, and for that price, you’d expect it to be. It’ll be released for LEGO VIPs on 3 October, and for everyone else on 7 October 2022.
- 75331 UCS Razor Crest [US] – US$599.99
- 75331 UCS Razor Crest [AUS] – AU$899.99
- 75331 UCS Razor Crest [UK] – £519.99
- 75331 UCS Razor Crest [EU] – €599.99
- 75331 UCS Razor Crest [CA] – CAD$759.99
21336 The Office – 1 October 2022
One of the most highly anticipated sets of 2022 with incredibly broad appeal is the LEOO Ideas 21336 The Office which finally goes on sale from 1 October onwards.
For fans of The Office, this set has nearly everything you want in it, with whopping 15 minifigures and an insane number of Easter Eggs that managed to be squeezed into the set.
- 21336 The Office [US] – US$119.99
- 21336 The Office [AUS] – AU$179.99
- 21336 The Office [UK] – £104.99
- 21336 The Office [EU] – €119.99
- 21336 The Office [CA] – CAD$149.99
With the holiday season coming up, and how big The Office is as a cultural phenomenon, especially in the US, I can see this being a really popular set, and will be instrumental in bringing many non-LEGO Office fans into the fold.

Winter Village heads to the Main Street for a delightful set packed with playability thanks to 2 shops, a festive Christmas Tram and 6 minifigures to fill up the street, all for an accessible US$99.99 pricetag.

LEGO 71411 The Mighty Bowser – 1 October 2022
One of the bigger surprises this year for me, is 71411 The Mighty Bowser, an enormously satisfying brick-built puppet of The King of The Koopas.
It’s not the cheapest set, but with interactive play features, and just how much display presence it has, this is the one to get if you’re a Nintendo/Super Mario fan.
- 71411 The Mighty Bowser [US] – US$269.99
- 71411 The Mighty Bowser [AUS] – AU$399.99
- 71411 The Mighty Bowser [UK] – £229.99
- 71411 The Mighty Bowser [EU] – €269.99
- 71411 The Mighty Bowser [CA] – CAD$349.99
If you’re in Australia, The Mighty Bowser has a general release and will be available at most toy stores, so keep an eye out on sites like Amazon Australia where you can get it at a discount, making this a much more compelling day one buy if you have to have it.

- 40554 Jake Sully and His Avatar Brickheadz – US$19.99 / AU$29.99 / £17.99
October also sees the LEGO Avatar sets get released, and with the upcoming sequel Way of the Water coming soon, there should be plenty of interest in these sets, especially with the otherworldly Pandora flora & fauna, as well as the new long legged Avatar minifigures.
I’ll be reviewing most of the sets from the wave, and my first one 75571 Neytiri & Thanator vs. AMP Suit Quaritch was a surprise at how much I liked it.
Keep an eye out for more LEGO Avatar reviews!
LEGO Black Panther Bust & Wakanda Forever sets
Speaking of more cinematic tie-ins, we’ll also get sets from Black Panther: Wakanda Forever from 1 October onwards, with 3 small playsets and one humongous Black Panther Bust.
76215 Black Panther bust is huge, and well-designed, but it’s definitely not for everyone because of just how comically huge it is, so you might want to read my review first to see if it’s right for you.
- 76211 Shuri’s Sunbird – US$49.99 / AU$79.99 / £44.99
- 76212 Shuri’s Lab – US$9.99 / AU$17.99 / £8.99

- 76215 Black Panther [EU] – €349.99
- 76215 Black Panther [CA] – CAD$449.99
