Guide to every new LEGO Star Wars: Ahsoka Minifigure!

The highly-awaited Star Wars: Ahsoka TV show hits Disney+ across the world very soon (11am AEST in Melbourne on Wednesday, the 23rd/ 9PM EST on the 22nd for the US) and features the return of fan favourites characters from Star Wars Rebels such as Ahsoka, Sabine, and Hera Syndulla, along with the eagerly anticipated live action debut of Grand Admiral Thrawn!

LEGO is releasing three sets (that we know of!) to accompany the 8-episode series, which features a variety of great new minifigures for Star Wars collectors to hunt down.

To prepare for the premiere of Ahsoka, Star Wars correspondent Vaderfan takes a look at each of the new minifigures, along with their in-universe history and how they stack up against their on-screen adaptation.

There will be

For those who prefer to shop on Amazon.com, you can also pre-order 75362 Ahsoka Tano’s T-6 Jedi Shuttle and 75364 New Republic E-Wing vs. Shin Hati’s Starfighter ahead of their 1 September release date.

Heroes

1. Ahsoka Tano

First up is the eponymous Ahsoka Tano, whose minifigure receives a new update from head to toe for the TV show, featuring her dark grey robes and printed arms.

She gets a new printed mould for the lekku on her head, along with a double-sided head piece with smiling and angry expressions. Her accessories are a pair of lightsabers which appear a trans-clear to reflect her in-universe white-bladed lightsabers.

She comes in the smallest set of the wave, 75362 Ahsoka Tano’s T-6 Jedi Shuttle.

2. Sabine Wren

Sabine Wren makes her live action debut, played by Natasha Liu Bordizzo. Her Mandalorian armor has been replicated surprisingly accurately in minifigure form, although sadly there is no arm printing for her shoulder pauldrons.

She comes with a purple hairpiece that can be swapped out for her Mandalorian helmet, and is armed with two blasters and Ezra Bridger’s green lightsaber. Like Ahsoka, she also appears in 75362 Ahsoka Tano’s T-6 Jedi Shuttle.

3. Hera Syndulla

Another member of the Rebels crew makes their live action debut, Hera Syndulla. Although her ship The Ghost appeared in both Rogue One and The Rise of Skywalker, this is the first time seeing this fearless Twi’lek pilot in live action!

Her minifigure is not too dissimilar from past Hera minifigures, featuring her headgear and lekku along with a brown bomber jacket and bright orange pants.

Hera can be found in 75357 Ghost & Phantom II

4. Jacen Syndulla

Hera’s son Jacen Syndulla appears alongside his mother in the largest set of the wave, 75357 Ghost & Phantom II. Currently there are no photos of live-action Jacen, although we can assume he has grown up/changed since his green-haired appearance in Star Wars Rebels!

5. Chopper

The feisty astromech C1-10P, or Chopper, also gets a new minifigure in 75357 Ghost & Phantom II, now featuring a white body element and some new prints.

The series show won’t be his first live-action outing, though – if you look closely, you could spot Chopper in the background of a scene in Rogue One!

6. Professor Huyang

Another fan-favorite droid makes his minifigure debut – Professor Huyang. The eccentric droid has a brand new head mold that replicates his unique in-universe design, along with some tan body parts and nice robotic printing. He’s best known for instructing younglings how to construct their lightsabers!

He is equipped with a spanner for repair work on 75362 Ahsoka Tano’s T-6 Jedi Shuttle.

7. Lt. Beyta

A pair of New Republic officers appear alongside the Ghost crew in 75357 Ghost & Phantom II, the first of which is Lt. Beyta, a Mon Calamari pilot! He gets the classic LEGO Mon Calamari head piece, plus an accurate blue-colored Rebel flight suit and a blaster pistol.

The other figure is Officer Hawkins, who wears a nougat-colored officer uniform and has a short, neat haircut. Not much is known about these characters, although they were scene alongside Hera Syndulla in one shot of the trailer. Perhaps these will form the new members of the Ghost crew?

Officer Hawkins shows up in 75357 Ghost & Phantom II

8. Captain Porter

75364 New Republic E-wing vs. Shin Hati’s Starfighter features an E-wing Pilot named Captain Porter and his yellow astromech. We do not see these characters in any Ahsoka clips so far, but their minifigures do look pretty good!

Perhaps the Astromech Droid should be designated IK-EA.

Villains

1. Unnamed Inquisitor

The smallest set, 75362 Ahsoka Tano’s T-6 Jedi Shuttle, comes with an unnamed Inquisitor that looks pretty awesome. Decked out in gunmetal grey armor from head to toe and wielding a red double-bladed lightsaber, this Inquisitor looks more than ready to attack any surviving Jedi!

It appears to reuse the Grand Inquisitor’s torso armor piece with new coloring and prints, but the grilled helmet is a new element and looks fabulous. This mystery character’s identity is still kept under wraps, although it could be Ahsoka’s longtime friend-turned-foe Barriss Offee!

2. Baylan Skoll

Next up is Baylan Skoll, a fallen Jedi/bounty hunter played by the late Ray Stevenson. He wears dark robes and has slicked-back grey hair, although disappointingly his in-universe orange lightsaber is simply red in LEGO form.

Baylan shows up in 75364 New Republic E-Wing vs. Shin Hati’s Starfighter

3. Shin Hati

Baylan Skoll’s apprentice is Shin Hati, who pilots a colorful starfighter in 75364 New Republic E-wing vs. Shin Hati’s Starfighter. Her pale blonde hair and dark tan robes are replicated well in minifigure form, though her lightsaber is red instead of orange which is disappointing.

4. Morgan Elbeth

The final villain figure is Morgan Elsbeth, last seen wielding a beskar spear in Season 2 of The Mandalorian. She has a new dark tan hairpiece along with some printed dark red robes, though her black skirt lacks any printed detail. As her beskar spear was taken from her by Din Djarin, she has no accessory in her minifigure appearance, instead focusing her full attention on locating Grand Admiral Thrawn.

Morgan pops up in 75364 New Republic E-Wing vs. Shin Hati’s Starfighter

The Ahsoka TV show and its accompanying LEGO sets have received great levels of hype from the fans, and deservedly so – they feature wonderfully detailed models of old and new Star Wars ships. Most exciting is the wave of all-new minifigures, from fan favorites like Ahsoka and Hera to new characters like Shin Hati and Lt. Beyta.

Lots of care has evidently been put into the design process of these figures, as they are all rather accurate to the in-universe characters (from what we have seen so far). Personally, I cannot wait for the release of these sets!

Hopefully, LEGO and Disney are keeping some cards close to their chests, and we get some unannounced sets featuring Grand Admiral Thrawn in them once Ahsoka premieres!
