LEGO Animal Crossing will have Japanese-language packaging!

LEGO Japan has revealed exclusive Japanese-language packaging for the upcoming LEGO Animal Crossing theme which releases in March 2024!

They feature the Animal Crossing logo in Japanese (どうぶつの森) script and design and they’ll likely be sold exclusively in Japan.

Even the polybag 30662 Maple’s Pumpkin Garden has a Japanese variant as well.

These look absolutely brilliant. The LEGO Animal Crossing sets have one of the most well-designed boxes I’ve seen, but the Japanese versions just take it to a whole new level.

I’ll definitely try my hardest to import a whole set of these from Japan, as these look really collectable and fun.

It’s also interesting to see regional packaging variants, which is something that LEGO doesn’t really do, but it does reflect Animal Crossing’s insane popularity, especially in Japan.
