LEGO February 2022 new release guide

Can you believe that January is over? As we head into February, there’s quite a few new LEGO releases to get excited about!

The February 2022 wave of releases isn’t massive – which makes sense as many of us (me included) are still getting through all the January 2022 releases, and thankfully, most of the new February sets won’t obliterate your wallet.

Additionally for those of us in Australia and New Zealand, LEGO Minifigures Series 22 will also officially go on sale on 1 February 2022, so keep an eye out for these to start popping up in toy stores around the country!

Update: LEGO Minifigures Series 22 has been delayed in Australia, but will be available at the end of February 2022.

Here’s a short guide to all the new LEGO sets that will be released on 1 February 2022!

Note: LEGO is still struggling with supply chain and logistics issues, so there’s a greater than 0% chance that some of these might get delayed slightly, especially the smaller sets.

February 2022 LEGO gift with purchase – Vintage Taxi

If you’ve been holding off on a big purchase, the 40532 Vintage Taxi gift with purchase is still available until 13 February 2022, for purchases of US$200 / UK £200 / CAD$200 / AU$279 from

The purchase threshold is high, but thankfully, it’s perfectly priced if you’re planning on picking up the big ticket release – the LEGO Ideas Globe!

Will you be adding any of the February 2022 releases to your collection?

LEGO Ideas The Globe

The big February 2022 release is the 21332 The Globe, from LEGO Ideas! This 2,585-piece buildable globe that really spins is a fascinating and lovely display model.

While the build is quite repetitive, it’s unlike anything that LEGO have ever done, and the end result is very satisfying, especially if you enjoy display sets, or life-sized objects built out of LEGO.

See below for regional pricing and links:

LEGO Seasonal Easter Rabbits Display

LEGO’s second seasonal set of 2022 is Easter and Spring themed with 40523 Easter Rabbits Display! It joins 40522 Valentine Lovebirds in this year’s theme of animal couple vignettes, so if you’re thinking of a cute Valentine’s Day activity, these 2 are great pickups, as you can build them together with your partner.

February 2022 Brickheadz!

For Brickheadz fans, February is chockful of brand new releases, with a whole slate of new themes and IP that have never received the Brickheadz treatment!

From Looney Tunes to Stranger Things, there’s something for everyone.

And that’s it for all the February 2022 releases!
