LEGO's pre-Black Friday Insiders Weekend has begun, and the Rewards Centre is finally working!

After a slew of website issues, LEGO Insiders Weekend has officially kicked off here in Australia, and soon in other territories as soon as it ticks off into the 18th of November in your time zone!

LEGO Insiders Weekend is a weekend of offers, and is LEGO’s pre-Black Friday/Cyber Monday offers, exclusively for LEGO Insiders members, with 2x Insider Points on all purchases, and a whole bunch of GWPs including 40601 Majisto’s Magical Workshop and 40602 Winter Market Stall.

You should be able to access the Insiders Rewards centre and redeem discount codes ahead of Insiders Weekend starting, after this section was inaccessible for hours.

The Insiders Rewards Centre was down for several hours with all Insider Rewards being disabled, which was disappointing as the discount codes were meant to go up a day earlier on the 17th of November.

This was what greeted many frustrated customers as they tried to jump on to redeem their rewards.u

Update: if you’re still having issues, try refreshing as access has still been spotty with digital queues up during busy periods.

Thankfully, the LEGO E-Commerce/Web team has seemed to resolve the issues, and as of 8am Melbourne time, I was able to redeem my codes.

Do note that you can only use one code per order, and you cannot redeem a physical reward and a discount code which is disappointing.
