    Buying Guide: Every new LEGO set releasing in June 2023

    June marks the beginning of Summer in the Northern Hemisphere, and with the warmer days, LEGO fans can also expect a massive ton of new June 2023 LEGO releases!

    We’re now officially in LEGO’s second half of 2023, which usually brings about LEGO’s best and most exciting releases, and this is going to be a huge month depending on what you’re into!

    Key LEGO releases for June 2023 include 10323 PAC-MAN Arcade, 71799 Ninjago City Markets, 76252 Batcave Shadow Box, 40634 LEGO Icons of Play and LEGO Disney 43227 Villain Icons and 43226 Disney Duos.

    Fans can look forward to new Ninjago Dragons Rising, an incredibly lineup of new Friends and Harry Potter, as well as the long-awaited Jurassic Park 30th Anniversary sets!

    There’s some minor variations with release dates, as the US will have to wait till August to get their hands on the new LEGO City Summer 2023 sets as well big Technic releases like 42158 NASA Mars Rover Perseverance.

    For those of us in Australia, we’re finally getting the long-awaited LEGO Disney 100 Minifigures and 43225 The Little Mermaid Royal Clamshell!

    With all the hype and excitement from all the shiny and new LEGO sets released in June, there likely won’t be many new and exciting GWP offers to help drive purchases online or at LEGO stores.

    If you missed out, 40588 Flowerpot will make a return from 16 – 27 June 2023 when you spend US$150 / €150 / £130 on LEGO.com.

    Update: This promotion seems to have been moved/cancelled.

    Update: It’s just been confirmed that there will be a Double VIP event running from 9-13 June 2023, so you might want to wait a little before you jump on any big June 2023 releases!

    LEGO Disney – 1 June 2023

    June is a massive month for LEGO Disney fans with a heap of new releases celebrating Disney’s 100th anniversary! 43227 Villain Icons in particular will be a great pickup and will be extremely popular thanks to its focus on classic Disney villains like Jafar, Gaston, Maleficent and the Evil Queen as minifigures.

    I expect 43227 Villain Icons to sell out, so I wouldn’t wait if I were you. Fans of Disney minidolls will also be excited to pick up 43215 The Enchanted Treehouse, aka the Disney Princess Battle Pack!

    10323 PAC-MAN Arcade – 1 June 2023 (VIP Early Access)

    The big LEGO Icons release for June 2023 is all about retro gaming with a brick-built 10323 PAC-MAN Arcade! Featuring some very clever mechanical functions, this is aimed squarely at video game fans and those that appreciate movement and function with their LEGO sets.

    LEGO 71799 Ninjago City Markets – 1 June 2023 (VIP Early Access)

    June 2023 is going to be a MASSIVE month for

    76252 Batcave Shadow Box – 5 June 2023 (VIP Early Access)

    For long-suffering LEGO DC and Batman fans, the long wait is over with 76252 Batcave Shadow Box, which will be available for LEGO VIPs on 5 June 2023.

    It features a really interesting shadow-box design that opens up to reveal a fully decked out Batcave, and in true Batman fashion, is mostly built out of black and very, very dark grey.

    It has an incredibly high price, but I’m fairly intrigued by this set and will be picking it up myself, mostly because I love Batman, and I want to vote with my wallet and show LEGO that I’d love more hyper-detailed DC sets like this,.

    40634 Icons of Play – 6 June 2023

    LEGO Store and LEGO Online Exclusives – 1 June 2023

    LEGO has a huge slate of LEGO Store and LEGO.com exclusives, with something for everyone. The sets will be available online and in-store from 1 June globally with the exception of Australia which gets the sets on 1 July 2023.

    There’s a small exception, 40649 Up-Scaled LEGO Minifigure which will be available globally from 1 June 2023 onwards, along with the rest of the world.

    These exclusives will likely sell out quick, especially 40649 Up-Scaled LEGO Minifigure, 40650 Land Rover Classic Defender and 40647 Lotus Flowers so I’d prioritise them if you’re picking anything up on the 1st of June.

    LEGO Jurassic Park 30th Anniversary – 1 June 2023

    LEGO City Summer 2023 (1 June AU/EU/UK, 1 August US/CA)

    LEGO Star Wars – 1 June 2023 (EU, UK, AU) / 1 July 2023 (US, CA)

    LEGO Technic Summer 2023 – 1 June 2023 (AU, UK, EU), 1 August (US)

    The LEGO Technic Summer 2023 releases are a bit all over the place. In the US, 42158 NASA Mars Rover Perseverance and 42157 John Deere 948L-II Skidder  will be available from 1 August, 2 months after Australia, the UK and EU receive it on 1 June 2023, however 42162 Bugatti Bolide Agile Blue will be available globally on 1 June 2023.

    LEGO Monkie Kid Summer 2023 – 1 June 2023

    LEGO Marvel and DC Super Heroes

    There’s a small wave of LEGO Marvel and DC Super Heroes sets, with Wolverine, Captain America and Batman Construction Figures, as well as 76260 Black Widow & Captain America Motorcycles.

    Curiously the product pages haven’t gone up for the US and Australia yet, so I’m not 100% sure if these will be available in June, but it’s likely they’ll be.
