Confirmed: LEGO Houses of the World 3 gift with purchase (GWP) is available from 11 August

LEGO’s online website has finally revealed the official product page for 40594 Houses of the World 3, an upcoming gift with purchase (GWP) in the Houses of the World series.
Update: 40594 Houses of the World 3 will be available from 11 – 27 August 2023.
This is the 3rd House of the World set, and features a delightful Swiss-inspired dwelling with distinctive architectural features, and little hints of the local culture like a set of skis at the entrance.
It will be released on 11 August 2023 and will be free when you when you spend US$250 / AU$400 / £220 / €250 or more on LEGO.com.
40594 Houses of the World 3 is the 3rd Houses of the world set released so far, out of 4 planned sets, and follows 40590 Houses of the World 2 (April), 40583 Houses of the World 1 (January) which drew on South American and North American architecture styles.
The 4th Houses of the World set is due to be released in the 4th quarter of the year, so expect it in October or November.
Here’s a look at the interiors, which have some fun little details at this scale. I especially like the paintinf with some Alpine mountains and the L-shaped couch.
This quaint Swiss Alpine Chalet is a great addition to Houses of the World, and if you’ve been collecting this series, you’re most likely to already have a fairly big purchase lined up when this gets released to qualify for it.
With the massive August 2023 release slate, there’s a lot of new and shiny sets that will hopefully get you over the line.
