I’m not a massive Technic or motorcycle guy, but there’s no denying that this thing is just gorgeous, and I really like the colours and functionality that LEGO has packed into it.

The LEGO Technic Yamaha measures over 9.5 in. (25 cm) high, 17.5 in. (44 cm) long and 5.5 in. (15 cm) wide, making it comparable in scale to the 42130 Technic BMW M 1000 RR and will be great for fans of these 2-wheeled beasts.

It might seem a bit gimicky, but the LEGO Technic app also includes Augmented Reality (AR) functions, which allow you to experience the model, and see some of the inner-workings of the set.

For fans of superbikes and LEGO Technic, the 42159 Yamaha MT-10 SP is a clear winner, and fans are really going to enjoy the new transmission elements included. Who knows what other applications this will open for LEGO cars.
42159 Yamaha MT-10 SP will be released on 1 August 2023, and will be available from LEGO.com.

Oh my, this looks absolutely beautiful. I already know I’m going to get it, even tho I haven’t seen it in real life quite yet. Will look perfect next to my BMW M 1000 RR. My greedy brain keeps wondering about what the next one will be although I’m perfectly happy with the latest releases (as is usually the case) 😊
Finally! Cannot wait to build this – thank you Lego, thank you Yamaha!
